In the report against me, the victim was attempted to be scammed by some person named "₮oxic™". There is no evidence showing that it was indeed me and not an impersonator. I say it was an impersonator because I previously had a decent amount of flawless rep, and have been impersonated before. Finally, a piece that doesn't quite fit the circumstances is that I have been on TF2OP for quite a while, and if I did had a private backpack, I would have been banned long ago.

    Thank you for your consideration.

This isn't supposed to be a rep thread. It's suppose to be an appeal. You could have 10000 people give you a +reputation. None of that matters. Users have built up massive rep just so they can plan a single big 50 bud scam. It's happened. Reputation means nothing.

I used my rep as a reason why I would be a victim of impersonation. Please read the whole appeal before making irrelevant posts.

Doing a quick Steam search shows that you've never had any impersonators under the name " ₮oxic™ ":
    http://steamcommunity.com/actions/SearchFriends?K=₮oxic™&x=18&y=9

In fact, I did a Google search for all your previous aliases and found 0 impersonators.
Do you have a link to any of them? That would solve things rather quickly.

No offense, but I find it highly unlikely that someone would impersonate you considering the small amount of reputation you have.

Are you saying some people are going to impersonate someone, try to scam someone else, then keep that name? I personally don't see any logic in that, and IF in that position, I would certainly change name, and try to scam someone else.

Also now that I'm been marked as a Steam rep scammer, no one will try to impersonate me, so no one would have any of my aliases.

Look at your own rep thread... The chances of two people, reporting you instead of the "impersonator" are very low. The guy on your thread specifically stated he was scammed by you.

Derrezzed who actually wrote the SteamREP report, reported YOU.

Let's see what happens when I ask this. Please post screenshots of your trade history from August to the start of October. The entire thing. Have the trade from the top of your previous screenshot overlap onto the bottom of your next screenshot to show you aren't trying to cut out trades either. Maybe you can get yourself out of the mess that's on your REP thread.

As you requested, a video of my item history.

    Keep in mind:
In a chat with me, "Iked" claimed I stole a gold botkiller weapon.

can someone please take a look at this and tell me what more is needed? I don't believe that there was significant evidence that it was indeed me in the first place. All that is needed to impersonate someone is a picture and a "profile name" which is fairly easy to do.

    Hello @sOAZ,

I realize that I'm going to come off a bit verbose, but I've come to terms with that's just how I write. You were marked 987 days ago, equating 2 years, 8 months, 2 weeks, 2 days and a few hours. And whether you deserved that mark or not, that amount of time to wait is unreasonable. To expand upon that, you were incorrectly marked. I've looked into the case, and found that you were impersonated and that the person in question was the one at fault, not yourself.

I won't make excuses, you do not deserve the ban you have, nor was it fitting to wait this long. I won't pretend to know the circumstances of the original ban, I know that 3 years ago, the tools available to the SteamRep admins and the community were very much different and I have no intention of laying blame as it was a very different environment.

But what I can say is this, I apologize for your incorrect ban, I apologize that it has taken so long, and I apologize for any inherent bans or opportunities lost due to your SR ban. While I know this may not give you much solace, I am removing your tag now, and if there are any other bans you received as a result of this SR ban, I will be happy to correct them on your behalf.

I've sent you a friend request to assist in that pursuit, and to reiterate my apologies to you personally. Your ban has been removed and this appeal granted.
