Video should explain most of it, guy wanted $150 for my Brown Bomber, since I was suspicious, I offered him a bit lower of a tier hat. He said he would take it for $100. So I accepted, he said he sent the money but obviously not. Now he has privatized his backpack as well.

Yep, he attempted to scam me as well.
He offered $400 on my vintage bills + fast learner, I asked him if he has rep, he said he had rep on his profile, but none of them were paypal rep.
At that point, I knew he was trying to scam.
So I asked, "could you get me $400 worth of games on steam?"
He said, "MY DAD IS GONNA KILL ME FOR BUYING $400 OF GAMES"
Then I asked, "Why wouldn't your dad kill you for buying $400 of virtual hats?"
Then he replied, "THATS HOW ASIAN WORKS"
And there was a bunch more excuses,
Anyways the chat was extremely hilarious, I got him raged and he blocked me,
I'll try my best to find the chat.

He tried to say he "didnt have time for a middle man" in our unusual trade so i blocked him too

I've also had an experience with this guy. I met him in a trade server and he wanted my strange pistol. So we traded and we worked things out and he had crap to buy it with so he offered real money. He offered $30!!!!! Who tthe crap offeres 30 bucks for a strange pistol? So obviously I was suspicious. He barley had any rep. He talks on the mic so he's just a little kid unless he has an older brother/sister that does the scamming. I have no idea why but he told me all abou his life. He told me he's Asian and his dad is extremely rich that's why he offered 30 dollars. He said his dad owns a sporting thing.

I thought if he ends up scamming me, I only lose a strange pistol. We argued over who goes first. He didntt want to use a middle man because he said he hates those so we finally agreed on going same time which is pretty pathetic if you ask me. We had tto do a whole countdown and crap and then we I said CLICK we Would both click. I clicked he said he clicked but I didnt get the money. After tthe trade he said. DID YOU GETT THE MONEY?!?!? I said no, then he didntt reply. I spammed tthe chat to get his attention and he still didntt reply. Then I went in his game server and he wasn't there and it's says he is. I have no idea why butt he didn't even delete me yet but he's never online when I'm online.
