Description: On a Team Fortress 2 trading server, this guy (₵ҢӔЯЮ₵) said he was selling items for Runescape items/gold. I asked him about it, and he said if I gave him a certain amount of Runescape items (which were an abyssal whip, torags, dragon sword, dagger, runes, and a bunch of other stuff) he would give me earbuds on team fortress 2. Since I no longer played Runescape and wasn't a member anymore, I could only give him the RS items if I became a member. I then payed $8 for a one month RS membership. He said because I paid money for membership, he'd throw in 4 keys as well. He showed me he had the buds and the keys, and had it waiting in the trade window. I gave him the items on Runescape (his Runescape username is "Wtf Rs"), and then he proceeded to cancel the trade and block me on steam. I later got a friend of mine to admit that ₵ҢӔЯЮ₵ scammed me, but my friend no longer has the pictures.
Due to the fact I need more proof, I ask of an admin who has a runescape account (with around 100-500k) to ask him on steam for buds (or something of the sort). Once you give him the RS gold, you could see/screenshot the scam.

Note: He changes his username almost daily

Also I (or a friend of mine: http://steamcommunity.com/id/howcanubemine/) could provide the RS gold if necessary.
