He (or she) offered his hats today for me and I happened to notice that 3 out of 5 of them are bought directly from a scammer. I also noticed that many of his previous hats are either bought from, or sold to a scammer.

So yeah, out of his 9 most recent unusuals, 6 have been traded from, or to, scammers. If this isn't the right subforum for this kind of report feel free to redirect me.
