Description: I was selling my orbiting planets bucket on outpost for 15 keys, a guy added me, he wanted to buy it for buds and sweets. I was more than happy, he put some random stuff (uncraft hats, weapons) then buds then craft hats again.
We both hit the mark "ready to trade" but he unmarked and said in trade chat "add 10 refs and deal" I added the 10 refs really quick meanwhile he quickswitched the buds for a spycicle. I didn't notice it at first and when I hit the trade button I suddlenly realised the fraud but it was too late...

Then I saw my hat on outpost, the guy who was selling my hat was a nice guy and he accepted to give the steam account link I needed, the scammer has multiple accounts, one them is :

Yes, he tried to quickswitch me but I knew it was going to happen. Sorry you got scammed by him.

I was new into unusual trading, that's why he got me, you know, adrenaline rush for a good offer... it makes you unaware of what's going on.
But I'm happy it was only a 30$ hat it's a good lesson to remember.
The shame is that Valve can't do anything, the guy maybe own 100 accounts he doesn't care about trade bans.
If only we could reverse the trade in the next 30/60 minutes when there's an unusual inside (or any valuable item) :/

The guy added me again, he quickswitched again, Valve support really sucks they can't even trade ban him within 48h.

With his fail support Steam is just spreading the word that anyone can easily scam tf2 items without being worried, that's what making me sad.
