I gave him Crysis 2 Maximum Edition Steam gift and he told me he will give me a Call of duty modern warfare 3 DLCS in exchange
He gave me a torrent link for the DLCS I told him that is illegal and He deleted me from steam.

Technically speaking he did give you what he'd promise he'd give you. In my opinion though, that's just an excuse to not pay for anything. Anyone can torrent stuff of the internet.
