Description: As you see above are the trades I have had with him. The first image shows the trade of my lending the unusuals and then to the second there were the earbuds i lent to him. Then notice the 3rd image. I there is some unusuals missing and I got a bill's hat. Well the boy told me that he sold some of them and after an agreement we had over who's keeping what, I never said I was letting him keep profit. He claimed that I agreed with him giving an earbud to a friend of his. I did say it but jokingly about him 3 months before the arrangement and after a while I forgot about it so without letting me know he did it anyways. And he kept a bud for himself saying it was going to go towards a hat that I thought nothing like he did about. He thought he was going to take my money for him to have a nice scout hat for competitive TF2 and we had it arranged so we would both work up to have a cool hat he can wear. As shown in the last two images and the next link, I sold him a key and a strange festive rocket launcher for $40. Later, he claimed that his mom charged back everything and he was banned from playing any games and trading until his mom gave the money back and since the same card linked to his steam was with his paypal, I got charged back the rocket launcher payment. While he said that he had no problem telling everyone else in the mumble that everyone hung out at that he had a job and he could easily pay for World of Warcraft but when i mentioned paying me back, he shouted at me telling me it's coming. Last time I checked, there was never an extra $40 in my paypal as it is empty right now. Now, how do we know it's him? Look at the name on his steam profile and paypal email. For one, both have tristen in the names and knowing I know the guy in real life (7 years of being "friends") I could link you his facebook and a picture with us two together for f✿✿✿s sake. Sadly I have no chat evidence knowing this was all over microphone and not recorded but I am sure he will spill out the beans if you asked him. Also have MANY people that can vouch for these stories. Let me know when you want to see/hear more about Tristen Hawes. I would glad to. 8)

I'm sorry, but reports that have the correct amount of evidence get priority. I am just one person and I can only do so many reports a day. I tackle the ones that have all the evidence I need first- especially since this appears to be more of an interpersonal dispute than a clear scam. Because I don't have the chatlogs or anything else, the most I can mark him with is a caution.

I sincerely apologize for the length of time it has taken but please understand that I am trying to get to reports as quickly as I can.
