Today, my friend said that he has been hacked (some one got his mail password) and then that scammer got his items, there is screenshot from his history.

Punish him please.

You should probably contact steam support if you would like your items back.

Like maxlasa said, your friend should file a ticket to Steam about how he got hacked and lost his items. When he does, screenshot your ticket and show it here please (though remember to censor anything personal).

Any progress or something? Also, that guy had limited time ban and got unbanned 1-2 days ago, admins thought it will be resolved quicker...
