Description:
I saw his post on outpost http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13433348
I wanted 15 keys but he has no to low rep, i wouldn't do it but i saw him selling unusuals and stuff and i was in a hurry and everyone i added wasn't online, so i traded with him like in that picture.
After accepting my payment he blocked me and deleted me on steam (and blocked me on outpost).
I wish i didn't send as "to friends" specially when he didn't even ask but i was showing good faith.

he scammed me too for 10 tf2 keys but i didnt capture steam chat

Please upload your screenshots using the "Upload a File" button. You should also provide:
1.) An uncropped screenshot of your PP history
2.) An uncropped screenshot of your trade history from now to when the scam took place showing that you never received your keys
Thanks also if I were you, I'd report this clown to Steam Support as well

For some unknown reason i can't edit my original post.

Marking him now- thanks for the report. Also if you have not yet done so, please feel free to dispute the transaction with Paypal. The only time it is acceptable to dispute a charge or chargeback is when you nev received the items as it then falls under Paypal's buyer protection policy.

that interestingly he didn't unfriend me, simply claims that didn't receive money, but I rang support and to me told that money on its account
