I bought an N&B Wraith Wrap for 1 bud. But then decided to sell it for a bud. So i got the keys from one guy whilst talking to the Scammer. I asked him if he wanted my unusual instead of the guy I was selling to. He said no. And removed me. I re-added him to buy buds with keys as the guy who bought my unusual agreed. He didn't mention anything about gifted buds. And his post on Backpack.tf for 23 keys didn't say gifted buds (Instantly took the classified listing away when traded.) I added the keys then after i was done he put in the buds. I thought nothing of it at this time then I accepted the trade. I typed thank you before the trade ended and he instantly removed me.

Before posting this I tried multiple times to get him to do the right thing. He is avoiding me now.

SR will of course decide things, but I have to say I do not see any overt attempt to scam.

While I agree, not mentioning bud was gifted is not the mark of a reputable trader, the tag is clearly visible with mouse-over in trade, and you had every opportunity to notice this. There is an onus on both parties to satisfy themselves before making ready a trade. It seems to me caveat emptor is just as important as any onus on a seller to deal in good faith.

If what you say is true, take a screenshot of your inventory history showing that you traded him non gifted buds (make sure it's uncropped and hover your mouse over the buds).

1. Press the print screen button on your keyboard
2. Go to something such as MSPaint an paste your pic
3. Save it
4. Use a site such as imagur to upload it
