this guy cheated on me ,and stealed me 10 keys and really good sweets

Well , i was trying to trade and i saw in dota 2 lounge that someone offered arcana for 10 keys...i added him , and meanwhile in trade he added aracna and some other common and uncomons while i was adding keys and really good sweeets....he said add some more sweets like comon and i added and agree but when i got the iteams arcana was not there.....he cheated on me...i would like to ban him from steam or something else...his steam proflie its http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198065817913/...\
