Scammer offered $105 for a hat and forced me to go first. I went first seeing he had some SourceOp Rep: http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/138638-T0TALWANNABE-s-Reputation-Thread?p=1452247
He instantly hid his profile, blocked me, and changed his name from TØTALWANNABE! to #cashedout
I know this isn't really possible, but is there any way I could get my hat back?

2.) A screenshot of your paypal history showing that you never received your payments

Sorry. The only way you could get it back is if you somehow convinced him. Steam Support only returns items if your account has been hijacked.
