This guys just randomly added me saying that i was reported for dupping items.Saying that i already knew he was going to steal my items.
Of course i know this guy has been already marked but he need+s to be trade banned now.

One thing you can do to speed up the process of getting him banned by Valve is to go to his profile page and hit the Report Violation button. Choose User Misconduct and state that he is impersonating Valve employees to steal TF2 items from people. Also feel free to link to this thread. Thanks!
