While I was talking to him, I checked his profile if he had something suspicious or not. He had comments open and his inventory set to public, nothing strange or suspicious, also he had few +rep.

As you can see in the chat, he first asked for a weird option to give the keys, but then I went first (only because of the few +rep he had in his profile). He gave me 2 keys which weren't the game he said before, later then trying to offer me a MW2 Account and TF2 Items (I "accepted" the TF2 items offer because I wanted to see his reaction and what he would do later, knowing that he won't give me anything)

(after trade) Right now this guy changed his Nick, Custom Url and Avatar, also blocking the comments section and making his inventory private. He doesn't answer anymore and have his status Offline while playing games.

Sorry I don't, I was trying the Web Browser Beta Chat, but when I logged in on Steam, no history were recorded. Tried again via Web Browser Beta Chat but nothing.

Well without any screenshots we have a tale, and we cannot proceed with that.

Further; this is a CD key event, we don't usually handle those.
