i fell for this link wich i didnt notice on clicking on it the steamconrmunity hidden in the link.

tf2 closed , and my steam acoutn logged off and it said i was using another computer , knowing whats happening since it happed to me 2 years ago , i filled a steamrep report hijack waiting for my acount to become avaliable again

when it became avaliable again , all my keys , decal tools , buds and max heads where gones

I'm wondering what the vulnerability is. Do you click and it simply hijacks with no more user input? Because if so this is a severe security hole valve should address immediately. As far as I know steam uses IE10 built in, and that has default oracle java which is a pos everyone should disable.

4 days later and nothing happened , he managed to sell my stuff ... i love how both steamrep and steam suport didnt even reply once

It takes about a week to two weeks for steam support to reply, don't worry though the same thing happened to me and i got my stuff back.

I can attest to this account being stolen. They stole buds huo long heater unusual antlers and unusual bomber from me as well.
The user posted a link on my freshly made trades through tf2outpost that his friend couldn't add me in steam. he provided a close enough looking link that I followed it like an idiot where a series of things happened 1. add friend button 2. prompt of logging in and 3. faked steam message prompting me to put in the provided code in my email. Now I have seen this series of events several times before so I had no alarms until I realized it was not working once I finished the usual steps. By that time the account was already in the thief's hands. They changed the password back when they were done stealing from me and even left themselves on the friends list. I usually look pretty hard and have caught phishing links before and reported them. This time I was not on my game. By the way it appears there are more like 15 to 20 people scammed according to the original users friends.
