I found this person (then Silly Goose) on outpost and proceeded to add for to purchase seven keys. I communicated with him and acquired his/her email and sent the payment of $11.55 to his email address. Upon receiving payment; he opted to remove and block me. When I clicked on his profile again, he was under the name "So Much Chaos" and was private. The profile before that said Silly Goose. He even opted to taunt me by sending me an email (provided by my paypal account), thanking me for the money. I've reported him to paypal as well.

The good news is they said they would be able to give me a refund after 10 days if he/she doesn't reply.

It's such an annoyance that these losers take advantage and try to make a quick buck out of honest people.
I hope something can be done about this person.

No, no. I was the one who sent the payment. They didn't give me anything in return.

Here is the receipt of payment saying that he/she accepted payment. Also, I've included the email he sent me immediately after I sent the payment. I can't look into their profile, even by using my browser and being singed out. If you look at their profile; it's less than a year old and all that so called they have on there, is mostly from a single day or a very short time-span.
