The information provided above, it is enough, I guess.
In short: This guy saw my thread in SteamTrades.com, he said he wanted to buy Mafia 2 Steam key for 2 tf2 keys... and he proposed that I should go first. Then he pasted the SteamTrades link with the supposed reputation. I decided to check the Steam profile and I saw that he was pretending to be the guy with excellent reputation in SteamTrades, using a fake profile.
