Appeal description:

Hello it's been a long time since my orginal appeal was closed due to bad format ( close to 4 years) , i also have been "discouraged" from using this forum for my behaviour in another theard . But as time passed by my attitude changed a lot , and here i come trying to get my reputation cleaned (as im asking for 2nd chance).

Close to 2 months ago i added steamrep forum moderator to help me deal with forum ban (the "discourage" thing) after a month i was able to work it out with admin Lava.

There are so facts that have to be cleared
76561198006585470 <- This account isn't my alt and never was, it's a friend i know in real life which lives realy close to me , i used to log in on his computer in past and so he did on mine,
76561197995093696 <- This account belongs to guy i have met while trading in TF2 , i have been playing with him in diffrent game since then and in past i allowed him to use my steam account to play games he had not.
76561198009888323 , 76561198037503978 <- those account does not belong to me and neither i let them ever used my account , from what is known to me those are real life friends of "76561197995093696" that guy. and they might logged in there so thats why im connected with them in some way.

Now as we come to theard of my appeal , i would like to addmit that nearly 4 years ago i did comming the offense. I scammed 76561198054917361 , but i made nothing on it as valve did took that item off me like 2 days later and gave it back to him. Also as i mentioned i started to talk with moderators close to 2 months ago and i follwed all they said with sending a sorry email to the person i scammed as he has not been using steam for nearly 3 years now
