I am sorry for using explicit vocabulary in my replies. It's just very stressing when you're accused of something you've never done. I would like my case to be reviewed. I understand the admin's decision of banning me due to suspicion but I don't agree with it completly. I feel like the moderators here are always on the so-called "victim's" side and the defense gets no chance at all. Here's my side of the story:

1. This guy gave me his pistol, "as a joke".
2. I didn't give it back, I know, I'm an a✿✿✿✿✿✿. But is that really considered scamming?
3. He made assumptions about having a chat with me in which I tell him I would pay him through PayPal provided he gives me the item. I deny it completly.
4. He adds some friends of mine and tells them of the "scam", a desperate, dishonorable act. (If you think this doesn't add up then check what he said, he said it himself that he added "one" friend of mine to have a discussion about this). After this, I've only made my profile public for friends.
5. He comes and reports me on this website, which really angered me, hence the harsh words I've used, which also led to the disbelief of the admin reviewing that case (I assume). Yet again I apologize.
6. Here I am, banned because of injustice. My opinion stands: you guys clearly don't give the defendant any chances.

I have never commited any infractions, and I would sincerly like to be unbanned since the lack of pure proof is present.

I guess the big thing in question here would be the screenshot of the chat he had with you saying you would pay him 26 with taxes via paypal. This one: http://forums.steamrep.com/attachments/scam2-jpg.138212/

Easiest way to prove that would be to re-add the reporter and open up a chat. There should still be some of the old chat there if there was one. Take a screenshot and post it here.
If the guy doesn't accept the request, I'd mark that as suspicious.
