Appeal description:

I was a frequent dota 2 trader and better. I needed about 100 dota 2 keys. I bought from the D2T. I had no problems purchasing several batches of keys.

However, one trader was a scammer. He was accused by multiple people of scamming for keys as had multiple accounts. As a result, I thought this guy didn't deserve my money. I bought 10 keys from him for $20~. I initiated a chargeback and won.

However, I'm willing to repay this man but of course I cannot find him. Looking through my Paypal history doesn't show the chargeback information.​
