    Appeal description:
    My first time using CSGO Lounge, never traded before, never made a bet before, literally just tried to have my first bet where it didn't work since i had to wait 7 days before trading or something, then i try to log into CSGO Lounge this morning just to check results, then it says I'm banned, what did i do wrong?

    No idea why or how i ended up writing appeals for trying to make a bet for the first time.​

    i honestly have no idea what you're talking about... can you give me more details, e.g. what game and what item and stuff? i never had ANY tradeable items on my steam until i started CSGO

    PLUS , are you guys by any chance able to track ip addresses and stuff? because the only logically way this could've happened is if someone hacked into my account, which from what i remember wasn't hard 1400 days ago...

    i don't have any proof at all, neither do i have any idea on how to get any... i didn't use steam for around 3-4 years. Can you give me more DETAILS? i don't think you understand my situation at all.

    already checked, only thing that got to me was that my name was "QuickSkope" once, which definitely was not done by me. even my profile avatar was changed

    If you're gonna tell me to prove hijack, tell me how to, i don't understand how its possible to prove that someone hijacked my account for 3 days and never went back on it again ..

    I already told you, if you are claiming hijack, you will have to submit your support ticket (w/o personal info) to verify that you were indeed hijacked.

    1), Your 2011 Support ticket regarding being hijacked.
    2), First 2 pages of your trade history.
    3), Why can't you recall being hijacked for over a 2 weeks time span?

    Please provide the information a.s.a.p, giving you 2 weeks to follow-up.

    1) i never submitted a support ticket, because i was able to access my account during the time someone else was on my account and changed my details some time after just for personal security reasons
    2) trade history attached below (i only started trading a lot this year)
    3) it was a 3 day span, where the hijacker just changed my avatar and steam name, but nothing else changed on my account, only realised i had a SourceOP ban this year where i started trading items
