    Appeal description:
    Hi SteamRep

    My name is Luke Romyn, and YEARS ago, probably 2yrs ago when Dota 2 beta was being slowly released, I, out of desperation, sent out a public message saying I would +rep you for a dota 2 beta key... :(, I never knew the severity of my actions back then and would humbly request to be able to have my ban lifted.

    I had no direct victims at all and will never +rep someone if they don't deserve it ever again.
