Appeal description:

It has been 3 years since I was marked and I have no records of reports or such to being a scammer during this time and I just would like to appeal. http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198059817653-prototype-ÅÇÎd-sop-scammer.24639/ (Link to previous appeal.)

I will explain the story again. I was looking to buy keys on SOP and I found a guy selling keys for cheap (I dont remember the prices now.) I added him and we agreed that he would trade me the keys first and I would send the payment after. After he traded me the keys I attempted to send the payment, but could not as there was an issue with my bank account. In between the time I received the keys and returned the keys I had left rep on the seller's SOP Rep Thread. This was the mistake the admin said makes me a scammer (I dont remember why, it was a dumb mistake for me to have done so, but I had no intention of scamming anyone, attempting to aid him in scam anyone, nor have I stole anything.) A while after that I returned the keys to him as I could not send him the payment. I was soon banned on SOP after that and when I got in touch with the admin on SOP (butane at the time) he asked me how many keys I bought. I replied none, and that i have proof of that but immediately he told me to "go f✿✿✿ myself" and removed me on steam. He replied to my SOP Appeal email here (https://puu.sh/qbrOs/656f2bf92e.png) and scoffed how not only was I going to be permanently banned on sop, but that I was going to be marked as scammer on steamrep. Unfortunately I do not believe that I still have all the screenshots saved at this time.

I feel that my punishment was an extremity as the seller who sold the keys received a SOP CAUTION warning for selling keys for cheap, and I received a scammer tag when I did not commit any fraud and honestly made a dumb mistake. The admin in question did not give a f✿✿✿ about me and would not even bother to listen to my side of the story.

When my appeal was reviewed by Thomas Matthias for the first time I tried explaining to him that I did not commit any fraud, attempt to steal anything, nor try and help aid in scamming in anyway. I made a honest mistake in leaving rep, but as you can see in my previous appeal that he posted that

"You left a reputation comment for a transaction that was not successful and you were aware of its unsuccessful nature at the time of posting the reputation comment.

Appeal denied."

I am not a scammer, and I am hoping to get this tag removed. Thanks! 8)​
