I come to my friend home (he living about 3Km from my home).I take my laptop whit me.Weakness start play Counter-trike Global Offencive competitive mach.Map Dust_2.Hes rank gold nova 1.He play whit 4 premades.He realy like play whit awp.When round get 14-9 he was in ct site.He get awp in his hands.He go to mid and he saw terorist just went from t spawn to mid.Weakness start shooting true the doors and first shoot miss but second shoot headshot.Then we start laught.But Weakness be kicked from competitive game.I go to his profile and i saw: 1 VAC ban(s) on record | Info 0 day(s) since last ban.Then he start panic.
I say: i think there problem whit steam.But nothing changed to him left this VAC.Then we start think about this headshoot.But i dont know for this need to ban.So please do something.Becose he start become mad.Thanks Steam.​

You are actually in the wrong place, this is SteamRep, not Steam Support. SteamRep has nothing to do with Valve or Steam.

You'll need to tell your friend to send a Steam Support ticket asking about his VAC ban. Steam doesn't allow third party tickets, so you can't do it for him.

1. VAC bans aren't supported on Steam Support. As Valve does NOT disclose any about them, there is NOTHING the banned can do to overturn it. Its fully automatic, only some VAC bans are applied manually, and those only in extreme cases. Steam support will NOT overturn VAC bans. Ever.
2. Appeal is in wrong place, SteamRep only handles reports and appeals for fraudulent behaviors vs steam trading.
3. One cannot appeal something for somebody else. If you must, you must go to your friend, and help him with his steam support ticket. But I can already tell you there is no point in doing so.
