Appeal description:

My main account is "Scrooge | S> 150+ Keys". "Alttiukko" is my alternative account, Which my brother used once for something suspicious. I had nothing to do with that case. Also my bro told me that he didn't success in what he was trying and didn't cause any fraud. So all what I did, was borrowing my alt account to my bro...​

Because you have to spend money to access trading on the account. The report was filed 2 weeks after the account was created, because that's when I borrowed him the account... All steam accounts I have are http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198022440736 and http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198156985720

Honestly, I made the account for idling, and to help with playing games. My bro asked if he could use it with something, he wasn't specific at all. I tought he would exploit it with some steamgames.
