    Being scammed yourself, while a common excuse, is not an acceptable reason to steal from people. Additionally, the nature of scam(s) you committed, which includes the spread of malicious software under false pretenses, which you admit to in your other appeal, is extremely worrying. You and your "friend" absolutely pose a risk to the community, and even if you were sorry (you aren't) I could not in good conscience remove your tag.
