Ban related question

Hello!
I'm new reggarind the fórum and related, but I do have one question that is blowing my mind and well, before I consider doing anything, I would like to hear from you guys.
I was an TF2 scammer ofender, according to the SteamRep community. I had a tag (TF2T tag to be especific) a long time ago and I never really cared about it (it was a spycrab related tag) because I didn't really got into trading stuff. Now, my younger brother (I have 2 brothers) realized how awesome TF2 was and I really wanted for him to fully enjoy it like I did, so I appealed for my tag at TF2T and my appeal was approved. Now I do have my account tagged, once again, but this time by the SR. I really do not understand why, beacause the reason is "Alt lied during appeal" and this fully blows my mind because if the appeal was aproved, and it was a really unorthodox appeal (http://tf2-trader.com/index.php?topic=24600.0), how can I lied in it? And what those this account http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197999117389/ and this one http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198013888615/ have to do with my previous spycrabbing event?
I really do not understand it and didn't want to appeal before knowing how to appeal to it.
