Banned from HG

Today while skimming through trades on outpost I got a notification saying I was banned for breaking an agreement.
I have never dueled anyone for a prize (or at least don't remember), so I'm not sure what to make of this.

Can someone tell me where to appeal my ban? I don't know what or where "HG" is and would appreciate it if someone can enlighten me.
