Problem: I was robbed! A guy name cap'n crunch offered me $40 for my nuts/bolts conquistador in team fortress 2. He said he would put the $40 into my steam wallet after i gave him my hat. I gave it to him, he told me it would take some time, then i never heard from him again.

Then he never responded. Can you please get my unusual back? His profile picure is of a captain looking guy in a red outfit talking to a dressed guy over a table. His description is "Hey there Mate!"

Sorry, only Steam Support could return your items but they only return ones stolen via hijackings. Nonetheless, I'd still report him to Steam Support. If what you say is true, there is a possibility that he can be trade banned.
