Question

So, I obviously some how got phished (lmao i'm amazing) But my question is, how do I say sorry to the person that this scammer DOUBLE hacked, (using there paypal to add 500$ to mine then to a simple ole, Negev 3 cent skin? 500$ dollars!) ATM, me and a few people are trying to find out who this person who got hacked was so they get there 500$ back, but also, how do I found out how I got community banned? And what partnering community did it? So I can figure out how they found it and if maybe the scammer somehow self admitted himself.
