    What happened? Description:
    The trade agreement was for me to send $15 USD on PayPal for a key to Football Manager 14 on Steam. Once I sent the money he immediately got offline, unfriended me, blocked me, and then changed his Steam name.​

    Provide Evidence:
    Here are screenshots of the trade agreement and then him logging off, a screenshot of the PayPal payment, and then a screenshot of his profile after the money was sent.​
