    What happened? Description:
    In CSGO, legitimate boosting is a paid service often given out, where a skilled player, the "booster" charges low-ranked players a set amount to help them increase their rank. In this scam, he offered to boost me in exchange for my USP-S | Orion (Field-Tested), which is worth about $7. Usually, prices are paid in 50/50 with half the amount paid before the boost and half paid after. In this scenario, he rejected this, and seeing as he had several comments of +rep, a high CSGO rank, and several items of high value in his inventory, I assumed he was a legitimate booster. After I paid him the fees, he immediately removed and blocked me. I was contacted by this person after he added me, and offered me his services.​
