    What happened? Description:
    I saw one of his ads where he states to sell keys.
    I sent him a paypal payment for 12 keys, and he went offline after that. He was nice enough to leave a comment on my profile page saying he was baned from the rep group, because I had asked him to leave a comment on my rep thread.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I have attached the screenshots of the conversation, the proof of payment as well as him comment on my steam profile page.​
