    Offense: Bribing people to give him TF2OP rep in order to "open his bp"

    Normally this wouldn't be a huge issue but he already has a UTC Caution tag on his Steamrep page so it's pretty clear that he's trying to illegitimately get rep to offset that. The fact that his profile and inventory remain on private and that he's also in possession of what seems to be a bunch of duped vintages doesn't help his case.
