What happened? Description:

Sent a trade offer that would generally seem like a good deal for the recipient. Sends a decent item for a collection of valueless items, but sneaks a highly valuable item into the middle of the valueless items hoping that you'll simply overlook it.​

Provide Evidence:

The first screenshot is my initial reaction showing the trade offer, and our conversation after I confront him.
The second screenshot is showing that he removed me quickly after explaining that he'd seen people fall for it in the past, but "Didn't actually think I would do it".​

I'm not sure if this is a scam but whatever dude. It was a joke and you obviously didn't take it well. I have been scammed before and actually lost items. I sent you a trade offer and put items in it. You don't need to file a report over that you just need to decline it. I sent an offer. There is no rule against that.

Is it a scam? not really is it being a dishonest trader yes. Would I be angry if you did this to me well yeah wouldn't anyone? Would I want to trade with you probably not. Just because you have been scammed doesn't mean you have to join them. Or be dishonest.

Wow it seems like you spend your days refreshing this site. And it also seems that since this incident you have been trade banned. Also this was at best a joke and at worst a sleazy thing to do. Not a scam

I got trade banned cause I scammed like 100 people, but at least I don't pretend that I didn't. Also I'm not refreshing it, it sent me an email.

There's really nothing to discuss, the screenshot says it all . He literally says that he "thought it would work".

Your opinion doesnt really mean much considering your an actual scammer. Just let the mod deal with this.
