their chat is in russian but the topic was from CS1.6 for dota 2 into skyrim for dota 2. kenney (victim) gifted the 2 dota 2 gifts to him and then after it the scammer suddenly unfriend him and block him. after that he change his name from SERpeyto into SERZh. same with his custom URL he change it when he try to scam someone

ok this is the story and the scammers method. the scammer suddenly add the victim, and when the victim accepted the friend request the scammer will pm the victim asking for a trade (his game is CS:GO skyrim and MW3). the trade first was CS 1.6 for 2 pcs dota 2, but the victim decline and then change into skyrim for 2 dota 2. when the victim accepted it (oh the trade was game key for a game gift) the victim sent the 2 gift and after a short while the scammer unfriend and block the victim and change his name and custom URL (judging from his custom URL its a sure shot that he is a scammer who would put a random letter for a custom URL?).

my experience:
i was his first target before my friend. this is how he do to me (in the end he didn't scam me). at first he was going to go good at me saying if im fine then he will ask if i want something from 3 of his game (as i mention above). i ask for CS:GO and he ask that i send the 2 dota 2 gifts first but i decline and i said its a game key it has a high risk of getting scam even if you say you are honest or good. he keep on forcing me to trade for almost 20mins when i said either you go first or find another person to trade your game but im not forcing you to go first instead find another person to trade. at the end he called me a scammer and unfriend me and change target to my friend Kenney...

already reported the person on steam and ask yatterwan (yatterman in steam) to list him in the list of scammers.

ok he contact me again saying that he is not a scammer and that the victim was the one who scam him. look at the chat log i provided. this shows that he is guilty and accusing the victim as a scammer.

guys be careful about this person. he will try to add you and ask if you want to trade him your dota 2 for his CS;GO skyrim MW3. he will keep on annoying you until you either block him or accept his deal. he wont agree to go first and will try to say that you are a scammer.

if you are from russia you can read this chat log of my friend and him (serg was also trying to scam me but it failed and in the end he called me a scammer)

You said he scammed you as well- could you please provide screenshots of your gift and/or trade history showing the scam you experienced as well? We need all the information we can get. if Kenney could also post here, that would be preferable as it is our policy to not accept 3rd party reports. Thanks!

i said based on my experience because he was trying to scam me (at first he was a bit suspicious). he failed to do it because i keep on declining it.
on my 2nd post about him adding me and pm'ing me about his status not being a scammer. he put the scammer name into Kenney.
and last, i will try to contact Kenney again that he himself go here...

I exchanged two gifts DotA 2 for him key of Skyrim, but when I sent the gift's, he blocked me.

look at my OP its in the attach file that's his gift history and proof that he sent it. you can also look at the victims game list it has no skyrim (if he activate a game key it will be registered to your game list)

i guess the scammer already received its punishment. he got a permanent trade ban from steam (dont know if steam got my report or someone reported that guy)
so, will he get a scammer title in steamrep also? or just leave it at ban by valve only
