What happened? Description:

I wanted to buy an item on eBay for $90, but I had no money to buy it on eBay, but I had some money on my steam account. I chose one of my steam friends and asked him if he could gift me an eBay gift card after I gift him two games. He asked me to gift him Grand Theft Auto 5 and Hotline Miami 2, both pre-orders. The item I wanted was $90, but he said he will pay for the extra $15. I sent him the two games, but then he gave me an expired code and then blocked me. I lost $75.​

I don't. If I can pull up the steam chat with him though, I could possibly get a part of it, but he blocked me.

I don't think you can pass a report without the chat agreement, as it is considered vital evidence. Up to the staff to review though, good luck.
