    He bought 6 keys from me everything was good and then he charged me back last night . I found him trading on tf2 outpost. He even posted on my http://tf2-trader.com/index.php?topic=28287.msg104956#msg104956 thing.​

    Unfortunately without a screenshot of the agreement there is not enough evidence to further process this report, so I will be archiving this. In the future you should always screenshot the chat when dealing with paypal agreements.
