    What happened? Description:
    Hello ,
    I won on that guys csgojackpot website , (csgolden.eu)
    Their bot didn´t send me the winnings , so I waited a little bit and still nothing
    I sent them a support ticket with evidence of winning , they saw it , but ignored it
    I wasn´t the only one scammed that day , i have evidence about it , too.​

    photo as a evidence (scam2.png)
    How you can see , they saw it but they ignored me

    Ok but what do you have that shows a breach of agreement? So far there is nothing provided that says this, that allows us to proceed with the report as iti s.

    It is a jackpot website. You deposit skins, then if you win, the bot sends you an offer with your deposited skins + winning. In this case they didnt do that. I won and they didnt send me anything. As I said, I wrote a support ticket on facebook. You can see there that the message was seen but they just ignored me. This is written in their About & Rules section ( http://csgolden.eu/about.php ) too. They have to send me the winnings, thats the principle how it works. You deposit, if you win, bot sends you an offer with your items + winning. If not, its a complete rip off and scam. They even ignored my request.

    Ok can you give me the SR block for the bot you traded with and can you show the agreement for which you used before giving the bot the items that shows the site/bot agrees upon the exact fee you provide for the winnings you may get?

    Here are the bots steam IDs. The bot trades through trade offers. You dont have to add him. In their About & Rules section (the new screenshots I added [theres fee written too etc.]), there they have written how it works and that we have to receive the winnings so this we can take as agreement. They take around 5-10% fee.
