What happened? Description:

I got my 5 refined stolen, he says that he'll pay me my key after I give the refined.
I foolishly felt for it and gave it, and now he doesn't have a key or my 5 refined in his backpack. I didn't have a Paypal so I asked for a key.​

Hello. I just wanted to say that this guy's done alot more then scam some ref or keys, he's also attempting to scam unusuals.
The fact that it only takes 5 minutes to transfer funds from paypal to steam proves this person has no intention of actually paying, and when I call him out, he doesn't respond. To add, he has much rep on his steam page, but nothing of worth, because that rep was all fake. This person is a scammer, and eventually, if he isn't stopped, he will damage the community.

To add to that, I'm guessing that he might have already scammed people, and moved the unusuals/items to a main account. Maybe an IP check on him or something could find another account, as he doesn't seem to be a phisher, so he couldn't be using other people's ips and getting their accounts banned.

This guy also had tried to scam me. He added me asking to sell my Team Captain for his ''paypal money'' and he said I should go first cause I had less rep. I checked his profile and looked all his rep seemed to be fake apparently he bought buds and bills yet checking his inventory none in it? Also he wont tell me his paypal account or he isn't asking me for mine so i suspect this guy to be scaming
