What happened? Description:

As you can see, that guy was trying to scam me whit two (2) Trade offers, one whit Team Fortress 2 items and other whit Steam Tradding cards.

That guy was reported in the past by another user and for the same reason:

In my case, the messages was for the Steam Tradding cards : "The User [Ctrl] x No Sniper - Tibia <3! Has Offer 11.27 £. This Trade Offer Is Securited By Steam Valve. (?)"

And for the TF2 items: The User [Ctrl] x No Sniper - Tibia <3! Has Offer 90 £. This Trade Offer Is Securited By Steam Valve.

I think he add me as a frien in Outpost or Backpack.tf, i don't remember but he was in my friends list, maybe i will block/deleted him for now.
