    He bought me keys, +100, then he charge back, and moved the keys to alt accounts...

    Provide Evidence:
    I attach all Ss needed, my paypal account with negative balance (i always move the money to prevent actually paying for the charge backs and for the negative balances... either way he is a scammer and htat paypal account wich was premium is lost along to the debit card i had associated to it.)
