Well i know this is a little problem but I've made him a signature and it took 3hrs to be made. He was offering a dota 2 betakey for my art and graphic design so I joined to his offer. here are some screenshots

well i gave him an example last night then he said that if you give the link of my signature, he will give the key in about 15hrs. if you see his steam profile. he got a good reputation ! thats why i trusted him .

This is very suspicious, but I am not entirely certain if he was just wanting your submission or telling you that you won- it could be a matter of mistranslation but I'm not entirely certain. I am going to mark him as a caution for now but keep this thread under investigation and watch the DOTA thread.
