What happened? Description:

I AM THE REPORTER NOT THE VICTIM!!!! I AM HIS FRIEND BUT HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO REPORT!!!! My friend added him because of his post on tf2op he's selling his tf2 inv for dota 2.
My friend wanted that but he offered money ( good ol' wallet scam) for his items. If i didn't tell him that was scam he would scam him. He sent the trade offer with the basic scam crap and i stopped my friend in last moment. After he said he will report him he claimed he already scammed other people for 18$. Please ban him because he said himself he did this before.
I have screenshots of chat and the trade offer.​
