Description: This person added me out of the blue and asked to buy my unusuals for money, with a shaky story. I steam repped him and saw he had also been put on warning for scam attempts, and was banned from outpost for scamming. I didn't trade with him- no items changed hands, just reporting so he doesn't scam anyone in the future.

He's banned by Valve, so I'm not sure what he was trying to accomplish.

This is unusual, especially considering he was trade banned. I will make notes about this. Thanks for the report.
