Begged me to sell him hats for paypal, gave outrageous prices to me (like offered me way too much), bugged me for about 5-6 days.

Now here comes the suspicious part. Changes his name, then messages me:
"hey I found you on my friends list, and I looked at your backpack, and I wanted to buy a few things..."

So not really reporting as scammer but kind of a caution because he tried to do a name switch thing to try to make me think he's a different person. Changed his picture too.
