What happened? Description:

So this used to be my friend long time ago.
We knew eachother for like 2 years
Then few days ago he wanted to scam me
first we were chatting a bit and then he told me that steam got amazing update and you can
now send euros via steam offers.
he also told me that he unboxed a butterfly knife and sold it and he got some euros.
He told me that he sent me a steam offer
So i told him that i will accept trade and he just removed me after that.
I added him one more time and i told him that i will report him
he was laughing and told me that he wont get banned via steam support
so im here for your help , steam rep
then he was just swearing on chat and removed me.
Sorry for grammar mistakes etc.
I didnt lose my items but i dont want him to scam somebody else.
My english is bad :C
