What happened? Description:

This scammer raffled a H.O.U.W.A.R and he was raffling it for 35%-50% discounted price. He told me that there are only 150 slots. He told me that when I gave 140 keys to him, he will get the H.O.U.W.A.R from his friend(He said to us that we can't know the name of his friend because if he did, many people would add him that made him look suspicious but I was too careless to know) and will give it to me after I gave him my keys. I did gave him the keys and he said he's going to buy the HOUWAR now. Eventually, he instantly blocked me so I can't talk to him now. After I was scammed, I just noticed that his SteamREP is marked as a Scammer(He is claimed to own another person's items in an attempt to scam). I have proofs that he really scammed me and I gave him mostly my keys. Proof I don't know how to use imgur so I used gyazo instead.)

Specifically, I gave him 130 keys, a KS Rocket Launcher kit, 2 Cleaner's Carbine Strangifier and Strange part: Full Health Kills and Specialized Killstreak Pocket Pistol Kit Sheen:Team Shine. The trade history is here:

I don't get it, how did he manage to keep some of my keys and buds? He has to have another alternate account or he kept it in one of his friend's account.
He had 130 keys before, he gave one of the guy 5 keys for him to have +rep which makes it 125 and I saw him getting 4 buds thru my keys, now when I saw his backpack, he has 2 buds and 9 keys left? Can someone help me out?
