Description:
I realize it's not clear evidence of his scamming, but I found his behavior suspicious. And as always, I checked his rep on his profile, here and SourceOp and found his multiple notices. That confirmed my suspicions and am just posting this to help in preventing further scams. (I believe he blocked me, not sure)
