Description:
The scammer saw my post on TF2Outpost and added me as a friend on steam. After this he asked me how much he would have to pay for the items i was selling on that trade. After agreeing on the price, I asked him to show me links of his rep and he showed me his TF2Outpost rep page and steam profile(which I was already viewing at the time). His rep seemed clean, so after checking his steamrep I decided to go for it. He promised me the money as a gift on Paypal after I traded him the items. After trading him the items, he immediately removed me from his steam friends list and I suspected a scam. I have not received said Paypal money, even though it should only take 5 minutes.

I reported the same guy, shame that the admins didn't mark him in time

17 hours total playing time, and rep accumulated in less than 2 months, this guy was prepared to go apesh** any day...

for cash trades, it's better to be extra cautious and demand rep threads such as the ones from SOP
